LiveWell Shawnee County leadership, partners and community members came together to celebrate the conclusion of Pathways to a Healthy Kansas Phase II grant initiatives! 16 implementation grants were put in place with $500,000 in total pathways funding. These funds are crucial in ensuring Shawnee County is developing healthy and sustainable communities for everyone!
