Heartland Healthy Neighborhoods is excited to announce we are now LiveWell Shawnee County! We'll be hosting our annual Action Summit. This year will be the first summit as LiveWell Shawnee County. We hope you can attend!

At the summit, you'll have the opportunity to connect with others who are passionate about improving the health and well-being of our community. There will be engaging presentations and small group discussion. You'll leave feeling motivated and equipped to make a positive impact in the community. We'll be discussing the coalition rebrand, Pathways to a Healthy Kansas work, the state of health in Shawnee County, and planning for the new year.
